2020년도 'draw to a close' 또는 'draw to an end' 하고 있다. 끝에 가까워지고 있다는 뜻이다.

콜린스사전은 'draw to a close/draw to an end'를 이렇게 정의했다. "When an event or period of time draws to a close or draws to an end, it finishes(어떤 사건 또는 시간이 draw to a close 또는 draw to an end 한다면, 그것이 끝나는 것이다)."

"Another celebration had drawn to its close(또 다른 기념 행사가 끝났다)."

메리암웹스터 사전은 'draw to a clse'를 "to come to an end(끝이 나다)"라고 설명했다.

"The sun is setting and the day is drawing to a close(해가 지고 있고 하루가 끝나가고 있다)."

맥밀란 사전은 'draw to a close/an end'를 "to end(끝나다)"라고 풀이했다.

"As the evening drew to a close, Hillary thanked everyone for coming(저녁이 끝나가자, 힐러리는 모두에게 와 줘서 고맙다고 인사했다)."
