케임브릿지 사전은 'bespoke'를 "(of a product) made specially, according to the needs of an individual customer((제품이) 개인 고객의 필요에 따라 특별히 만들어진)"라고 정의했다.

"bespoke software(주문 제작 소프트웨어)"

콜린스 사전은 'bespoke'를 이렇게 설명했다. "Bespoke products or services have been specially made or designed for a particular person or type of customer(bespoke한 제품 또는 서비스는 특정한 사람이나 특정한 유형의 고객을 위해 특별히 만들어지거나 디자인된 것이다)." 영국식(British)이고 포멀(formal)한 표현이다.
