케임브릿지 사전은 'at each other's throats'를 이렇게 정의했다. "If two people are at each other's throats, they are arguing angrily(두 사람이 be at each other's throats 하다면, 화를 내며 논쟁하는 것이다)"

"Those two are always at each other's throats(그 둘은 만날 죽일 듯이 싸운다)."
